We carefully choose each of our varieties: Ataulfo, known for its creamy sweetness; Kent, juicy with a tropical flavor; Keitt, valued for its firmness and long shelf life; Haden, appreciated for its smoothness and sweetness and Tommy Atkins, recognized for its sweet taste and texture.
But our dedication doesn’t end there. Once selected, each fruit undergoes rigorous quality controls and certified processes such as hydrothermal treatment. This ensures that every mango not only meets the strictest international standards, but also reaches your table with the freshness, flavor, and trust that define us.
Process
Our fruit begins its journey with the farmers, who select the best mangoes in the field.
Once at the facility, the process continues with washing and brushing to enhance their natural color and shine. Then, the hydrothermal treatment ensures safety and freshness, meeting international quality standards.
Each mango is carefully packed and goes through a pre-cooling system to preserve its flavor. Finally, the boxes are prepared for shipment, carrying the taste of our land to the world with the commitment of our team.
